How do I care for my flowers?
Fresh Flower Bouquet
Keep your thoroughly cleaned vase ¾ full and all blooms and foliage stems should be submerged.
Cut flowers usually have a vase life of 5 – 10 days, longer during cool weather.
To prolong their vase life, you could follow the steps below when you receive your fresh cut flowers
- Remove the flowers from wrapping and place them in a clean vase filled with water.
- Trim the stems daily about ~1 cm at angle (~45°) and change the water daily.
- Keep them in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight and heat
Fresh Flower Box
Place your flower box in a cool location away from direct sunlight/heat. Remove one of the flowers and fill the oasis with ~1/2 cup of fresh cold water and return the flower to the arrangement. Repeat this for twice a week. To extend the life of your flowers, try not to wet the flowers and your box.
Dried/Preserved Flower Arrangement
These dried & preserved flowers are made to last but they are quite fragile due to the nature of these blooms & foliage.
They are low maintenance and only require a few TLC.
- Keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep them away from wet humid areas. Do not water them.
- They are delicate, be gentle to them.
- When they get dusty, just use soft dry, paintbrush to gently clean them
Do we customise arrangement/bouquets?
All pre-orders to be placed at least 7 days in advance, if you need an arrangement urgently, email us and we’ll try our best to accomodate your request.
When will my order be delivered and can I specify the exact delivery time window?

What if nobody is home?
We’ll try our best to find the best & secure spot to leave your order. However, you can always organise a re-delivery on the same day but there is will be an additional $15.00 fee.

Order and Payment
How far in advance do i need to place a customised order ?
We require at least 7 days advanced notice for customised orders.
Is it possible to change my order once the payment has been made?
We seek your understanding that no changes to the order will be entertained after your payment has been confirmed.
Can I cancel my order after I complete my payment?
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please let us know at least 2 full working days in advance from original delivery date.
